SALES AND CONTRACT:

  • Each purchase is governed by a contract formed when You place an order and We email You to confirm the order.

  • All prices are in GBP, including VAT. Shipping and handling costs are additional unless specified otherwise.

EDITIONS AND PRINTS:

  • 'Giclée' prints of original artwork created and printed by the Artist to industry standards. The print runs are clearly market as tradition dictates in the bottom left corner, then follows the 'title' in the centre, and the Artists signature and the date on the bottom right corner.

  • 'Giclée' prints are dated by the month and year of their individual creation. Unlike old lithographic print runs 'Giclée' prints are each created individually on superior modern archival stocks, and therefore, although it is traditional to only mark the year of the original artwork, the Artist feels strongly that it would be disingenuous to 'back date' prints. As all the prints are made individually, dating them in this way offers them a chronology and more specific date which the Artist feels makes each individual print more 'honest and unique'.

  • Specific details of the Original works are included in full on the 'Certificate of Authenticity'.

  • 'Artwork' includes artist proofs, limited edition prints, open prints and any other artistic creation.

  • Limited Edition prints are sold in a specific, predetermined quantity. Once this quantity is sold out, no further prints will be available.

  • An Artist's Proof is a copy of the Artwork from a limited edition run, primarily for the artist's own use. The quantity of artist's proofs are determined and specified by the Artist.

  • Open prints have no limit on the quantity produced.
